Job summary

Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to configure, develop, support, and maintain the ServiceNow implementation for the GSM-O II contract with DISA. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment and ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalogs.

Qualifications

• Requires US Citizenship.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• 4-8 years of professional experience in related field or 2-6 years with Master’s degree.
• At least 2 years of APIs, JSON and Python experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
• Create and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups and roles.
• Develop dashboards and scheduled reports to support analytics.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external tools (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IT transformation solutions.
• Coordinate and support platform upgrades and data migrations to ensure data quality in the CMDB.
