Job summary

TLA-LLC seeks an experienced Software Engineer to join a government-focused program delivering ServiceNow-based engineering services. The role involves planning, deploying, and maintaining the Enterprise ServiceNow Platform, with emphasis on ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, and asset/change management across environments.

The ideal candidate has 16+ years of relevant experience and at least 5 years developing ServiceNow products using JavaScript, with CSA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of sixteen (16) years relevant experience with Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees.
• Minimum of five years hands-on developing ServiceNow products.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR, CSM, Asset/Change Management.
• Proven success developing ServiceNow products using JavaScript.
• Database Administration experience (Oracle or MySQL).
• Ability to estimate work effort and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan system and deployment activities and ensure software compliance.
• Maintain and add capabilities to ServiceNow platform for tenants.
• Develop, test and deploy updates to ServiceNow per customer requirements.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow apps and rollout new modules.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow engineers to implement updates and handle requests.
• Identify deficiencies and propose solutions.
• Maintain processes and tools for reliable environments across dev/test/prod.
• Provide ongoing production and end-user support.
• Document testing and system corrections; research new technologies as needed.
