Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing improvement projects in an enterprise environment. The role requires collaboration across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and related modules, with emphasis on requirements gathering and roadmap support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, or demonstrable foundational knowledge of its architecture and capabilities.
• Exposure to design, development, or support tasks on a platform or software project.
• Basic familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM concepts.
• Shows initiative, asks good questions, and is a proactive self-starter who seeks feedback.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work within an Agile framework: participate in daily scrums and ceremonies, and update stories in ServiceNow to document progress.
• Interest in or exposure to ServiceNow custom-scoped application development is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Exhibits strong customer service and teamwork, collaborating effectively with teammates, clients, and vendors under the guidance of senior staff.
• Communicates ideas clearly and gathers feedback from team members; contributes creativity and collaboration in team discussions.
• Helps identify risks and challenges and brings them to the attention of senior team members.
• Participates in development reviews and seeks guidance from mid-level and senior staff.
• Assists in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
• Supports the development of use cases and testing procedures, helping verify product functionality prior to production deployment.
• Participates in project team meetings with technical staff and other stakeholders.
• Assists with implementation plans, SOPs, and system architecture documentation under supervision.
• Supports the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions as directed.
• Helps prepare status reports and presentations by collecting and organizing information.
• Maintains and helps organize project documentation.
• AI exposure: interest in Now Assist, third-party LLM APIs, or automated test frameworks.
