Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities. You will mentor other developers while ensuring governance and best practices across multiple environments.

The role emphasizes deep platform expertise, collaboration with product owners and service managers, and a focus on scalable, secure solutions aligned with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise or large-scale environments.
• 3+ years building and supporting custom applications using App Engine Studio.
• 3+ years working within Agile or sprint-based delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements across multiple environments.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications with a focus on stability, performance, and upgrade compatibility.
• Review and approve development work to ensure adherence to platform standards and security requirements.
• Support platform upgrades and resolve development-related issues introduced by new releases.
• Contribute to platform documentation, architectural decisions, and operational runbooks.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues and implementing long-term corrective solutions.
• Participate in change review and release governance processes.
