Job summary

EY’s Service Delivery Center is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that address enterprise needs. You’ll shape platform architecture, lead complex implementations, and mentor others while upholding development standards.

You’ll work with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules, delivering integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in large or complex enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and core development components, including business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across multiple application areas
• Developing custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using JavaScript and Glide
• Owning platform architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, security, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices
• Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
• Acting as a ServiceNow subject matter expert by supporting complex issues, mentoring team members, and promoting platform standards
