Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead design and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services. The role requires coordinating across delivery teams, guiding implementation, and ensuring architecture aligns with best practices.

Travel 40–60% may be required to meet client needs. You will engage with clients, own architecture decisions, and mentor teams while ensuring security, data flows, and scalable workflows across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• 4–6 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural work.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technically complex implementations and to discuss with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures covering case management, integration, data flows, security and access controls.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs; address complex challenges.
