EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions, shaping platform architecture and leading complex implementations.

You will mentor teammates, set development standards, and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to enable secure, high‑quality outcomes. Based in Alpharetta or other EY US locations, this role offers growth and cross‑industry projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience in large or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and core development components, including business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple application areas, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, SPM, IRM, SecOps, HR Service Delivery, and Customer Service Management.
• Developing custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using JavaScript and Glide.
• Owning platform architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, security, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Acting as a ServiceNow subject matter expert by supporting complex issues, mentoring team members, and promoting platform standards.
