Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead design and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions within Financial Services. You will own end-to-end architecture, guide delivery teams, and ensure secure, scalable implementations with a focus on risk management.

You should have hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client sessions and cross-functional workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required
• 4-6 years of IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM is preferred
• Hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders
• Experience with consulting and leading teams is valued

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions
• Define architectures covering case & workflow design, data flows, security
• Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs
• Address complex technical challenges and act as escalation point
• Translate architecture into configuration and code and mentor teams
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers and testers throughout delivery
