Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for our Service Delivery Center in San Antonio. You will design, build, and optimize ServiceNow solutions, owning architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and security while mentoring teammates and upholding platform standards.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions, leveraging ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and other modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in large or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and core development components, including business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Owning platform architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, security, and alignment with best practices.
• Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party enterprise systems using REST and SOAP.
• Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Acting as a ServiceNow subject matter expert by supporting complex issues, mentoring team members, and promoting platform standards.
