Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer focused on Discovery and Integrations to support the Department of Transportation. The role involves designing and supporting the Service Management System, leading integrations, and delivering new functionality while applying SDLC and DevOps principles.

The position is contract-to-hire, full-time with a rotating on-call shift, remote work, and a W2 compensation package including medical, dental, vision benefits, and 401k with company

Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Integrations.
Proficiency in SDLC and DevOps processes.
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, or related field; substitutions allowed for six years of experience.

Responsibilities

Perform implementation, administration, configuration, and development within the ServiceNow ITSM suite, with focus on Discovery and Integrations.
Design the DOT Service Management System and support SMS operations across the development lifecycle.
Coordinate data normalization and integration testing; manage SMS development activities throughout full lifecycle.
