Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer focused on Discovery and Integrations to support the Department of Transportation. The role will design and support the Service Management System, lead integrations, and deliver new functionality while applying SDLC and DevOps principles.

This is a remote, contract-to-hire opportunity for a United States citizen or permanent resident with an active Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with major Service Management experience, preferably ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Discovery and Integrations.
• Active CIS-Disco certification and extensive ServiceNow knowledge.
• Experience with SNMP technologies supporting Discovery Patterns.
• Experience with SOAP and REST-based API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation, administration, configuration, and development within the ServiceNow ITSM suite.
• Design the DOT Service Management System and support SMS operations across the SDLC.
• Determine integration methods, directionality, and attributes.
• Develop and maintain Discovery schedules and integration roles.
• Fulfill the role of Enterprise Integration Manager.
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Deliver new functionality and manage SMS development lifecycle.
• Respond to escalated SMS requests and incidents; support platform administration.
• Participate in on-call rotation during non-business hours.
