Job summary

Remote ServiceNow Developer for Discovery and Integrations is a contract-to-hire role with Eliassen Group supporting the Department of Transportation. The position requires extensive ServiceNow expertise, CIS-Disco, and CSA/CSI credentials, with a W2 arrangement and comprehensive benefits.

The candidate will design and support the Service Management System, lead integrations, and apply SDLC/DevOps principles while working in a remote setting and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with at least 6 years in a major Service Management System (preferably ServiceNow).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Discovery and Integrations.
• Current ServiceNow CIS-Disco certification.
• Extensive knowledge of Discovery and Integrations; SNMP, SOAP and REST integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CSA/CSI certifications; US citizenship or valid Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation, admin, configuration and development within the ServiceNow ITSM suite.
• Design the DOT Service Management System and support SMS operations and lifecycle.
• Determine integration methods and attributes; participate in data normalization.
• Develop and maintain Discovery schedules and integration patterns; manage SMS development lifecycle.
• Respond to incidents and participate in on-call rotations during non-business hours.
