Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer focused on Discovery and Integrations for a Department of Transportation engagement. The role emphasizes designing and supporting the Service Management System, leading integrations, and delivering new functionality while applying SDLC and DevOps. Federal security clearance is required.

The position is full‑time with a rotating on‑call shift, remote workplace, and W2 benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with major Service Management experience.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Discovery and Integrations.
• Current CIS-Disco certification and CSA/CSI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation, administration, configuration, and development within the ServiceNow ITSM suite.
• Design the DOT Service Management System and support SMS operations across the SDLC.
• Determine integration methods, data flow, and patterns; participate in testing.
• Develop and maintain Discovery schedules and roles for integrations.
• Manage SMS development activities across full lifecycle; apply DevOps principles.
• Respond to on-call duties during nights, weekends, and holidays.
