Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer focused on Discovery and Integrations to support the Department of Transportation. This remote, contract-to-hire role involves leading design and integration efforts, applying SDLC and DevOps practices, and delivering new functionality on a rotating on-call schedule.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in IT and CIS-Disco certification, with CSA/CSI certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT with admin services for a major Service Management System (preferred ServiceNow).
• Current ServiceNow CIS-Disco certification.
• Current CSA or CSI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, configure and develop within ServiceNow ITSM suite.
• Design and support the DOT Service Management System and SMS operations.
• Determine integration methods and data attributes for integrations.
• Develop and maintain Discovery schedules and roles for other integrations.
• Deliver new functionality across applications and manage SDLC/DevOps practices.
• Respond to escalated SMS service requests and incidents.
