Guidehouse is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow solutions that support IT service management and platform capabilities.

You will build and enhance custom apps, workflows, integrations, UI components, business rules, and automation within the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and supporting ongoing releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent practical experience required.
• Strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules and scripting.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and related tools.
• Experience analyzing requirements and designing technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and platform capabilities.
• Develop and enhance custom applications, workflows, integrations, UI components, and automation.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable platform improvements.
• Support ServiceNow administration including incident resolution and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing release support.
