Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting setting. You will roll up your sleeves to develop on the ServiceNow platform, stay current with new applications, and maintain process-oriented project governance.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ITSM/CSM domains, and enterprise software delivery across complex programs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations, including complex, multi-workstream or enterprise-scale programs.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience providing client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or minimum 5 years of demonstrated, in-depth ServiceNow platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments.
• Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
