Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will lead engagements, supervise delivery teams, and ensure project scope, budget, and outcomes meet client expectations.

You will collaborate with ServiceNow account teams, stay current with offerings, and guide governance, program management, and business process improvements across complex, multi-workstream deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations, including complex, multi-workstream or enterprise-scale programs.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience providing client-facing delivery leadership, including direct engagement with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or minimum 5 years of demonstrated, in-depth ServiceNow platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience).

Responsabilités

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software solutions in client environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
