Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will roll up your sleeves to develop on the ServiceNow platform, stay current with new offerings, and maintain a process-oriented approach to ensure orderly project execution.

You will lead engagements from post-sales through delivery, manage project teams, and prepare client-facing deliverables.

Qualifications

• Willing to develop in the ServiceNow platform for clients.
• Stay up to date on new ServiceNow offerings.
• Process oriented; values order over chaos.
• Experience with enterprise software or consulting firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales to successful delivery, ensuring scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plans, issues/risk registers and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Demonstrate experience deploying Enterprise Software solutions in client environments (prefer ITIL-related).
