Job summary

Deloitte Technology is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery and service health of ServiceNow IRM and SecOps products from intake through deployment and stabilization. You will translate risk, privacy and security priorities into executable plans and coordinate across product, architecture, engineering, QA, release and platform operations.

Based in one of Deloitte's UK offices, you will lead cross-functional teams, drive delivery plans, and ensure governance and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and production support.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow IRM and SecOps delivery.
• Develop integrated delivery plans with milestones and resources.
• Coordinate Agile delivery and release planning.
• Mentor team members in ServiceNow and client service.
• Ensure governance, risk and security alignment.
