Deloitte UK is seeking a ServiceNow Risk & Governance Architect to lead enterprise IRM solutions, focusing on Risk Management and Policy & Compliance Management. You will translate regulatory requirements into scalable designs, guide implementations, and ensure robust integration with enterprise data sources.

You will mentor teams, ensure upgrade-safe configurations, and engage across risk, compliance, audit, and security to deliver measurable impact in a global, hybrid working environment.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrable ServiceNow experience in solution/technical architecture roles.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end ServiceNow IRM solution designs.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Risk Management and Policy & Compliance Management.
• Experience mapping regulatory obligations to controls and designing evidence and remediation processes.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and privacy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture, design and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions with focus on risk management and policy/compliance management.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate obligations into robust solution designs.
• Define architectures covering policies, controls, risk statements and remediation tasks.
• Design traceable relationships between obligations, policies, risks, and evidence.
• Develop architectural views, data models, integration designs and technical specifications.
• Promote upgrade-safe, out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities and minimize customisation.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and review configurations for security and quality.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow IRM and enterprise systems using APIs and integration technologies.
• Enable automated assessments, continuous control monitoring and evidence collection.
• Ensure data security, privacy and auditability in designs.
• Support architecture reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot cross-module issues and guide teams to sustainable resolutions.
• Shape the ServiceNow IRM roadmap and reusable patterns.
