Job summary

Deloitte UK is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Government & Public Services ServiceNow practice. You will shape and deliver complex transformation programmes, deriving roadmaps and governance from public-service priorities, with hands-on architectural leadership.

Based in one of our UK offices with a hybrid working model, you’ll mentor architects and engineers, manage client relationships, and contribute to reusable assets while supporting bids and account development in a fast-growing,

Qualifications

• Substantial experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, with leadership in architecture.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and multiple workflows/modules.
• Experience in governance, roadmaps, secure and upgrade-safe designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture of complex ServiceNow programmes and workstreams.
• Shape platform roadmaps, governance and key technical decisions.
• Design scalable, upgrade-safe solutions across CMDB, integrations and workflows.
• Provide architecture reviews, development guidance and issue resolution.
• Coach architects and engineers; support proposals, bids and account development.
