Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successfulServiceNow implementations within client environments. You will lead multi‑workstream programs, manage budgets and governance, and influence executive sponsors while ensuring business outcomes.

You will collaborate with the ServiceNow Business Group, develop delivery strategies, and guide teams through complex deployments, with travel up to 100% as needed to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• 6+ years delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations.
• 4+ years of client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or 5+ years of platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from post-sales to successful delivery of scope, deliverables, budget, and client outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables (project plan, issues/risk register, weekly status reports).
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders.
