Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to oversee ServiceNow implementations in a client consulting setting. You will drive end-to-end delivery, guide multi-workstream programs, and collaborate with enterprise software teams to achieve business outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, leadership of delivery teams, and ongoing process improvement, with travel as needed to engage clients and lead projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• 2. Minimum 6 years hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations.
• 3. Minimum 4 years of client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders.
• 4. ServiceNow System Administrator certification or 5+ years of platform experience.
• 5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (12+ years total).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales to successful delivery of projects.
• 2. Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery.
• 3. Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• 4. Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables including project plans and risk registers.
• 5. Identify opportunities to add value and coordinate with account teams.
• 6. Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.
• 7. Demonstrate ability to influence and consult with sponsors and stakeholders.
