Accenture is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Delivery Lead to oversee delivering ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will drive engagements from post-sales through successful delivery, managing scope, budget, and client satisfaction while coordinating with account teams.

You’ll lead multi‑workstream deployments in enterprise settings, demonstrate strong governance, and mentor delivery teams. A senior presence with executive communication is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations.
• Minimum of 4 years of client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or 5+ years of platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (12+ years total).

Responsabilidades

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales to successful delivery including scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables: project plan, issues/risk register, weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders on governance and program management.
