Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow to join our Advisory practice in Denver. You will guide ServiceNow implementations, lead client workshops, and manage both on‑shore and off‑shore teams in agile delivery. Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and IRM is essential, with CSA certification and relevant CIS certifications preferred.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and travel is required as needed. U.S. work authorization is required for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience managing and maintaining large enterprise systems with focus on ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/IRM.
• Bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent experience.
• At least one full ServiceNow implementation and current CSA plus one CIS certification.
• Experience leading agile delivery and managing teams; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Guide and execute ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and IRM.
• Lead workshops with clients to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Manage on‑shore/off‑shore teams to complete agile deliverables.
• Provide development standards and review content for compliance with standards.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
