Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
• Experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.
• Leading the design and delivery of CSM solutions across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, ITOM to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components.
• Lead design and code walkthroughs and develop architecture and coding standards for the team.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Automate business processes using Flow Designer and other automation tools.
• Manage data access and integration between scoped apps and global tables within ServiceNow.
