Job summary

ETG Digital seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead to drive complex CS M and Order Management solutions. You will lead development, integration, and automation across ServiceNow modules, mentor developers, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance platforms.

Responsibilities include designing end-to-end technical solutions, building REST/SOAP integrations, implementing SSO, and delivering dashboards and analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development with configuration and customization.
• Experience delivering CSM and Order Management solutions end-to-end.
• Strong scripting in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs; familiarity with ITSM/ITOM.
• Proven ability to integrate systems via REST/SOAP and AutomationHub.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow apps per requirements.
• Lead CSM and OMT implementations, case management, workflows, and automation.
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Create integrations with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and external systems.
• Develop Service Portal components and analytics dashboards to inform decisions.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.
• Support deployments, release management, and platform optimization.
