Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation seeks a Software Developer - ServiceNow CSM Lead in New Bremen, OH. You will design and build ServiceNow solutions, lead architecture, and drive global integrations for CSM, ITSM, and ITOM.

Responsibilities include collaborating with analysts, implementing workflows, and advancing automated processes with Flow Designer and REST/SOAP APIs. On-site role with opportunity to lead development across modules.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
• Experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.
• Leading the design and delivery of CSM solutions across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, ITOM and others to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components.
• Develop detailed architecture, design, and coding standards for the development teams to follow. Lead design and code walkthroughs.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.
• Automate business processes and tasks using ServiceNow's Flow Designer and other automation capabilities.
• Manage data access and integration between scoped applications and global database tables within the ServiceNow platform.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, along with 8+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
• Experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leading the design and delivery of CSM solutions across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Experience establishing and promoting Automated Test Framework (ATF) best practices, including the development and maintenance of automated regression test suites
