Job summary

Strategic Data Systems (SDS) is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer in Cincinnati to design, develop, and support enterprise customer servicing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role leads portal and workspace implementations, email-to-case and CRM integrations, and end-to-end case management workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with CSM and ITSM expertise, and holds ServiceNow CIS/CA certifications.

Qualifications

Must have ServiceNow certification attached; CVs without the certification will not be considered.
Must have 5+ years of experience on ServiceNow platform and hands-on experience in Customer Service Management (CSM).
Experience implementing customer service portals and integrating CRM data with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Design and configure ServiceNow Customer Service Management solutions.
Build and maintain Customer Service Portal and CSM Workspace experiences.
Design and maintain inbound email processing and auto-case creation workflows.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server with CRM platforms.
Lead solution design sessions and mentor junior developers.
