Job summary

RoShay Services seeks a Senior Specialist to implement and customize ServiceNow within a U.S. federal advisory context. The role involves configuring, integrating, and custom programming across the full lifecycle of projects.

The candidate will work on UI Policies, Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, workflows, and data imports, serving as an individual contributor or team member on engagements. A Bachelor's degree and travel ability are required, with eligibility for a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years experience in ITSM or ServiceNow development.
• Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Eligibility for U.S. Government clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow in federal advisory projects.
• Perform integrations and custom programming for client implementations.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC: analysis, design, coding, testing, training and support.
• Develop solutions using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, workflows and data imports.
• Collaborate as an individual contributor or team member on engagements.
