Job summary

TOMORROW HIRE is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Implementation Specialist to support a large-scale CMDB deployment and governance model. You will define CI classes, relationships, and data standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and tool integrations.

The role requires extensive CMDB experience, stakeholder facilitation, and the ability to drive adoption within a federated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• US citizenship required.
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise ITSM, CMDB, or Configuration Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-scale CMDB implementation and governance.
• Define CMDB requirements and relationships between CIs.
• Establish data-quality standards and CI lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with application owners, IT operations, security, and architects.
• Define integration requirements for discovery tools and ticketing systems.
• Deliver governance and adoption programs across the organization.
