Job summary

Anakim Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Lead (CMDB/CSDM) for an on-site role in Ashburn, VA. The candidate will lead CMDB design, modeling, governance, data quality, and integration with discovery, Incident/Change/Asset workflows, and reporting.

DHS suitability and US citizenship are required, with extensive CMDB/ITSM experience and strong stakeholder facilitation. The position is full-time, on-site, with a salary range of $120,000–$130,000 annually plus benefits.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Current DHS Suitability or eligibility to obtain CBP security access
• Availability to work on-site
• 10 years of IT experience or combination of education/experience
• 5+ years in Enterprise ITSM/CMDB/Configuration Management

Responsibilities

• Elicit stakeholder needs across Application Owners, IT Operations, Security, etc.—identify required CIs and inter-CI relationships.
• Document business requirements into clear functional/non-functional artifacts (use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Analyze existing data sources; identify gaps and migration challenges into the CMDB.
