Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer for CMDB, Services, and Offerings data. You will own the CMDB architecture, governance, and data integrity across the ServiceNow platform, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to improve service data quality and operational excellence.

You will design integrations (SCCM/SAMPro/Discovery), lead data governance, and drive CMDB data health metrics while mentoring peers on CMDB best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or seven years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, including CMDB and ITSM
• Experience managing CI data at enterprise scale and governance programs.
• Experience building data relationships across CMDB: Services, Offerings, Assets, and Applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the CMDB architecture, design, and roadmap in line with ITSM strategy and CSDM.
• Design, implement, and govern CMDB integrations with data sources (e.g., SCCM, SAMPro, ServiceNow Discovery).
• Establish and maintain CI data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Develop CI data health dashboards and proactively resolve data quality issues.
• Lead Service Mapping and Business Service modeling to enable executive visibility.
• Mentor junior team members and support CMDB data growth across FNBO.
