Job summary

TOMORROW HIRE is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Implementation Specialist to support a large-scale CMDB deployment. You will work with application owners, IT operations, security, and architects to define CI requirements, governance, data quality, and integration strategy.

The role emphasizes CMDB data modeling, CI relationships, lifecycle management, and ITSM alignment. Onsite work at the Ashburn client site is required, with limited BI clearance prerequisites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with enterprise ITSM/CMDB
• 5+ years in enterprise ITSM/CMDB or CMDB governance
• Proficiency with ServiceNow CMDB, automated discovery, and CSDM
• Experience designing CI classes, relationships, and lifecycle processes
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and cross-team coordination

Responsibilities

• Elicit stakeholder needs to identify required CIs, attributes, and relationships
• Document requirements into functional and non-functional artifacts
• Analyze data sources and migration challenges for CMDB population
• Define CMDB classes and relationships; promote data quality and standardization
• Map CMDB to ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset)
• Define data-governance policies and integration requirements
• Apply ServiceNow CSDM and service-mapping principles
• Plan data-quality metrics and CMDB monitoring
• Develop training materials and drive adoption
