TechDigital Group is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect to drive design and implementation of enterprise-grade AIOps solutions. The role emphasizes change enablement, training, and governance across complex digital operations.

The ideal candidate will lead architecture efforts, coordinate with customers and engineering teams, and ensure scalable, resilient ServiceNow deployments with a focus on proactive operation and AI-driven insights.

Qualificações

• Must have ServiceNow change, enablement, and adoption experience.
• Experience designing role-based processes and training materials.
• Delivery of Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Provide operational-transition and knowledge-transfer support.

Responsabilidades

• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance.
• Design scalable ServiceNow architectures aligned to customer priorities.
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow AIOps implementations for proactive issue detection and remediation.
• Architect ServiceNow AI Platform solutions for data models, workflows, and policies.
• Guide migration strategies to move workloads into ServiceNow AIOps and AI Platform.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate requirements into detailed designs.
• Define performance, security, and availability requirements for enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
• Review designs and configurations to ensure adherence to reference architectures.
