Job summary

GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead high-technology platform initiatives in the United States.

You will design scalable ServiceNow architectures, drive AIOps deployments, and ensure proactive operations through AI-driven workflows and governance. In this role you will mentor teams, translate requirements into detailed specifications, and partner with product owners and engineers to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions that reduce outages

Responsibilities

• Quick Reference Guides, role-based process guidance, Train-the-Trainer sessions, and transition support.
• Design comprehensive ServiceNow architectures that align platform capabilities with customer priorities in high technology domains.
• Drive end to end ServiceNow AIOps implementations to enable proactive issue detection, automated remediation, and continuous optimization.
• Architect ServiceNow AI Platform solutions to deliver AI-driven insights across enterprise services.
• Configure and guide implementation of ServiceNow AI Control Tower for unified visibility and governance.
• Coordinate with product owners and engineering partners to translate requirements into detailed design specs.
• Define non-functional requirements to ensure enterprise-grade performance, security, and availability.
• Review designs and migrations to reduce technical debt and support upgrades into AIOps platforms.
• Mentor teams on best practices for configuration, scripting, integration, and testing.

Design comprehensive ServiceNow architectures that align platform capabilities with customer priorities in the high technology domain while ensuring scalability and resilience -Drive end to end ServiceNow AIOps implementations to enable proactive issue detection automated remediation and continuous optimization of technology operations -Architect ServiceNow AI Platform solutions that orchestrate data models workflows and policies to deliver consistent AI driven insights across enterprise services -Configure and guide implementation of ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities to provide unified visibility decision support and governance for complex digital operations -Coordinate with product owners architects and engineering partners to translate strategic requirements into detailed ServiceNow design specifications for AIOps and AI solutions -Optimize data ingestion event correlation and signal processing within ServiceNow AIOps to improve noise reduction root cause accuracy and time to resolution -Define non functional requirements including performance security and availability to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet enterprise grade expectations in high technology environments -Review solution designs configurations and integrations to confirm adherence to reference architecture standards and to reduce technical debt across the ServiceNow ecosystem -Develop migration and upgrade strategies to move existing workloads and legacy capabilities into ServiceNow AIOps AI Platform and AI Control Tower modules with minimal disruption -Collaborate with operations teams to establish monitoring alerting and observability patterns using ServiceNow capabilities that support reliable day to day platform operations -Guide adoption of AI driven workflows and virtual agents within ServiceNow to improve user experience reduce manual effort and create measurable productivity benefits -Document architecture decisions patterns and reusable components to enable consistent delivery quality across multiple ServiceNow projects and customer engagements -Mentor implementation teams on ServiceNow best practices for configuration scripting integration and testing to improve delivery quality and maintainability -Align ServiceNow AI and AIOps solutions with organizational sustainability and efficiency goals by reducing outages improving resource utilization and enabling faster innovation -Engage with customer stakeholders in the high technology sector to understand industry specific needs and ensure ServiceNow designs support relevant regulatory and business expectations
