Job summary

Armanino LLP seeks a ServiceNow Senior Business Systems Analyst to partner with process owners, drive efficiency on the ServiceNow platform, and translate business requirements into clear, implementable specifications.

You will collaborate across IT and business teams at multiple offices, perform impact analyses, document functional specs, prepare test plans, and support upgrades, integrations, and new functionality in a fast‑growing advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in business analysis and ServiceNow platform experience.
• CSA certification and other ServiceNow certifications preferred.
• ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certification.

Responsibilities

• Partner with process owners to address process improvement and drive efficiency in ServiceNow.
• Serve as liaison between business partners and IT for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
• Document business and functional specifications for ITSM/HRSD development.
• Communicate alternatives and recommendations to decision-makers.
• Prepare test plans and manage regression and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and data mapping for integrations.
