• ITIL knowledge and ServiceNow certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements for ServiceNow ITSM enhancements.
• Translate requirements into process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, Scrum Masters to ensure delivery readiness.
• Support testing, test scenarios, and UAT.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to implementation.
