Job summary

Lam Research seeks a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to shape how the organization uses ServiceNow to streamline work, improve service delivery, and govern digital workflows. You will partner with business and IT leaders to define requirements, translate them into stories, and guide cross-functional teams through the development lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and process owners to ensure scalable solutions aligned with business outcomes and data quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• 6+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM and modules).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, Business Admin, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong ITSM process knowledge across incident, request, change, problem, knowledge, asset, catalog.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and platform teams to understand objectives and desired outcomes.
• Lead requirements discovery sessions, workshops, and process reviews for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate requests against out-of-the-box capabilities, governance, and long-term maintainability.
• Support backlog, sprint planning, UAT, release readiness, and post-release validation.
