Servos, a ServiceNow-focused consultancy with a virtual US-wide team and headquarters in Virginia, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive the project lifecycle by collaborating with clients and internal teams on requirements and best practices.

You are a seasoned BA with 4+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate both Waterfall and Agile environments while supporting organizational change.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Business Analyst with at least 4 years working with ServiceNow customers.
• Strong communicator capable of direct client stakeholder interaction.
• Skilled in relationship building, business process improvements, requirements gathering, and change management support.
• Experience optimizing project lifecycles using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Familiar with ServiceNow administration (CSA preferred) and ITIL framework.

Responsabilités

• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate them for technical delivery.
• Coordinate client demos, testing, and workshops to ensure smooth lifecycles across iterations.
• Advocate for quality and change management while aligning with ServiceNow industry standards.
• Document requirements extensively to establish visibility to project information.
• Develop deep understanding of implemented solutions and the client’s business.
