Lam Research is seeking a senior Business Systems Analyst to shape how the organization uses ServiceNow to streamline work, improve service delivery, and strengthen platform governance. Qualifications

8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise technology platforms.
6+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow across ITSM and modules such as ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, or APM/EA.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Strong IT service management process knowledge (incident, request, change, problem, knowledge, asset, configuration, service catalog)
Ability to write business requirements, functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery models
Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose scalable solutions
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders and platform teams to understand objectives, pain points, current-state processes, and outcomes.
Lead requirements discovery sessions, workshops, and process reviews for ServiceNow initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Evaluate requests against ServiceNow capabilities and governance standards for long-term maintainability.
Support intake, prioritization, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness.
Collaborate with architects, developers, administrators, QA, and process owners to ensure feasible, scalable solutions.
Perform current-state and future-state process analysis, gap assessments, and impact analyses across ServiceNow workflows.
Support platform enhancements, integrations, data quality improvements, reporting needs, and operational optimization.
