Zusammenfassung

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Manager ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology. You will lead discovery, translate requirements into user stories, and drive Agile delivery with stakeholders and multi-vendor teams.

This remote role favors candidates in the United States, including Irving, TX proximity. You will coordinate UAT, track defects, and manage scope and communication across projects, ensuring successful ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Process Analyst within IT organizations.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CSM, FSM, Asset Management or similar).
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• At least one additional active ServiceNow certification (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-FSM, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM).
• Proven experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Experience supporting UAT activities and defect tracking.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multi-vendor environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, processes flows and specs.
• Prioritize backlogs and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies with product owners.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate UAT, document defects, and support issue resolution efforts.
• Prepare project status updates and communicate progress, risks and dependencies.
• Manage scope discussions and support change request processes.
