Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst in IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlogs and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Coordinate UAT, track defects, and support resolution.
• Provide status updates, risks, and mitigation plans.
