Cognizant is seeking a Senior Manager ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions across ITSM, CSM, FSM, and related modules. You will lead discovery, translate requirements into user stories, and partner with product owners to drive Agile delivery.

Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration are essential. Remote position open to qualified US-based applicants; preferred near Irving, Texas.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Process Analyst within IT organizations.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, Asset Management, or related modules.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• At least one additional active ServiceNow certification (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-FSM, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM) is required.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and functional specs.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Experience supporting UAT and defect tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Prioritize backlogs with product owners and support Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout projects.
• Coordinate UAT, document defects, and support resolution efforts.
• Prepare project status updates, highlighting risks and dependencies.
• Manage scope discussions and change requests to ensure success.
