Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience with programming concepts and automating complex processes.
• Strong ServiceNow development and Python automation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support network automation solutions across environments.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow apps, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop Python-based automation services and reusable frameworks.
• Create REST API integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
• Automate processes across SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud networking.
• Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
• Design self-service workflows and orchestration to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with network, security, and governance teams on automated workflows.
