Job summary

BCBST BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Senior Application Support Administrator to drive ServiceNow integrations and automation across the enterprise.

You will design, develop, and support connections between ServiceNow and core systems to streamline intake, routing, and operations. The role requires 5 years in IT, strong ServiceNow administration and API/web service experience, and proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a professional environment.
• 5+ years of IT experience; 3 years in Systems Administration or Programming.
• 1 year of knowledge of Windows/AIX/Mainframe environments.

Responsibilities

• Offers consultation and provides senior leadership in support of all major applications and related projects.
• Understands all integration points with existing systems and related infrastructure to provide guidance and direction with applications configuration and implementations.
• Provides top level support for all problem resolution and troubleshooting activities.
• Provides direction and design for the setup, configuration, integration and implementation of major applications into the environment.
• Must be willing to adjust schedule to perform maintenance and upgrades outside of business hours and be part of an on-call rotation.
