Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior network automation specialist to design, develop, and maintain automation across enterprise environments.

You will build ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations while creating Python-based automation services to improve efficiency and reliability. The role emphasizes CI/CD with GitLab, API integrations, and collaboration with network, security, and governance teams to implement automated compliance and policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic or automating highly complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support network automation solutions across enterprise environments.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow apps, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop Python-based automation services and reusable frameworks.
• Create and support REST API integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
• Automate processes across SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, DNS, and cloud networking services.
• Develop GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Design self-service solutions to reduce manual engineering effort and accelerate delivery.
• Partner with network, security, governance teams on automated compliance workflows.
