U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain employee experience solutions. You will collaborate with Product Owners, HR, and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow applications.

This role requires 5+ years of experience, CSA and CAD certifications preferred, and a strong foundation in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and REST/SOAP integrations. You will work in a dynamic Agile environment across multiple channels and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• CSA and CAD certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Employee Experience solutions.
• Build and enhance catalog items, workflows, and approvals.
• Develop scalable apps using ServiceNow components and APIs.
• Collaborate with owners, HR and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Support self-service experiences and perform production issue resolution.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Follow Agile practices and contribute to governance and security.
