Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced engineer to design, develop, and support network automation across enterprise environments. You will build ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations, and develop Python-based automation services to improve efficiency and reliability.

The role requires extensive experience with REST API integrations, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and agile/DevSecOps practices. Hybrid work from a U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of relevant work experience with programming concepts or automating complex processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support network automation solutions across enterprise environments.
Build and maintain ServiceNow apps, workflows, and integrations (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Catalog Items, Business Rules, Script Includes, Service Portal).
Develop Python-based automation services and reusable frameworks to improve efficiency and reliability.
Create REST API integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms for provisioning, asset management, and reporting.
Automate SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, and cloud networking services.
Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment processes following Agile/DevSecOps.
