Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM is preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven success leading technically complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures for case workflows, integrations, data, and security.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Guide delivery teams and translate architecture into configuration and code.
• Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead workshops, design reviews, and customer discussions.
